Waveplates on a shield-and-ER mix, not a full damage sonata, unless you actually enjoy on-fielding her. She is Jinzhou's night-shift captain: unglamorous, sturdy, and still in the roster when flashier Havoc names are busy on the other Tower side. Early-game comfort more than a 3.6 Tower staple.
