Overview
Chixia is a 4★ Fusion Pistols Sub-DPS from Huanglong. Resonance Skill and Resonance Liberation do the work; Forte is a bonus. Version 3.6 does not pretend she is a limited carry. She is the 4-star you level because the story handed her over.
Rotation
Healer outros. Battery outros. Chixia intros, Resonance Skill, Forte Circuit if the bar is there, Resonance Liberation, outro. Do not turn her into an off-field Mortefi — that is a different kit.
Strengths
Early Fusion coverage. Fun. Best argument that 4-star damage members are allowed. Undying Flame or Static Mist both work.
Weaknesses
Encore and Changli outscale new Fusion investment. Waveplates after a real carry exists.
Investment
Liberation, Skill, Forte. Cheap Fusion set if she is a second side. Stop when Changli or Encore takes the weekly slot.
Common Mistakes
Farming her a second Fusion set the week Qingxiao is pulled. Pairing only with Mortefi because both are pistols. Treating her as a healer.
