Healer outros. Yinlin or Yuanwu outros after a short cycle. Calcharo intros, spends Resonance Skill if Forte needs a nudge, casts Resonance Liberation, and weaves Heavy Attacks inside the window. Dodge-cancel or the sonata stacks and the HP bar both drop.
Strengths
Real carry if already leveled. High skill expression. No limited banner required.
Weaknesses
Execution tax. Energy issues if ER is ignored. Xiangli Yao is the simpler Electro spend for new accounts.
Investment
Liberation, Forte Circuit, Resonance Skill. Waveplates only if he is the actual weekly Electro side. Stop comparing him to limited blades you have not pulled.
