Lumi is a 4★ Electro Broadblade Support from Rinascita — a later 4-star, not a 1.x Huanglong starter. Version 3.6 parks her as a flex support on Electro sides when Yuanwu's coordinated kit is the wrong tool. She is not Augusta and not Calcharo.
Rotation
Healer outros. Lumi intros, Resonance Skill, outro when Concerto is full. The Electro carry intros. Short field time.
Strengths
Flexible battery. Discord holds. S6 from a banner is a real rotation body. Three-resonator games need people who can leave on time.
Weaknesses
Not a carry. Not Yuanwu's thunder field. Waveplates on a single ER set.
