Carlotta is Rinascita's Glacio Pistols carry. Freezing Frost, CRIT, Liberation after a Zhezhi or Sanhua outro. She is still a 3.6 Glacio clear; Hiyuki's Phase 2 rerun is a comparison, not an automatic replacement. Sequence 0 assumed. Static Mist is the standard pistol hold. Zhezhi is the premium Forte feed; Sanhua is the cheap battery; Shorekeeper holds the third slot. Freezing Frost 5-piece is the echo plan. The Last Dance is her signature; Static Mist already feels finished. Finish Carlotta first if she already clears — Hiyuki's September 10 trial is a comparison, not an automatic replacement. Talent priority is Resonance Liberation, then Resonance Skill, then Forte Circuit. Hold a second Glacio echo set only if the trial actually replaces her weekly side. Do not run two Glacio carries on one side. Sequence 0 is enough.
