Strengths
- Huge burst if Forte is pre-stacked
- Mortefi is a 4-star, so the core is F2P-friendly
- Works in Tower and holograms
Weaknesses
- Mis-timed Liberation wastes the amp
- Changli wants clean dodge cancels
- Lupa is stronger than Mortefi but limited
Tips
Pre-stack Changli Forte off-field whenever the kit allows. Never hold Liberation into an empty amp.
